About me and my practice:

I am absolutely passionate about helping people feel their best, relax and be at their healthiest.

Understanding the role of thoughts and emotions on our physical health is what motivated me to specialize  in Energy and Somatic Massage Therapy.  Over the years, my practice has evolved and I have expanded my offerings.  I currently specialize in Lymphatic Drainage, Relaxation and Pain Relief. I draw from my tool box to customize a session unique to your needs, with a Holistic approach.

I have extensive training of approximately 1200 hours.  I'm certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Thai Massage for Table and as a Pain Specialist, I'm also trained in Cranial Sacral, Ashiatsu and Energy work.  I am constantly learning to refine my skill set to serve you better. I acquired the Certified Lymphedema Therapist designation in 2021, after completing a rigorous 135 hour specialization training. 

I can do what other therapists can do, but then I can take things into another level.  My favorite part of this calling is to give you the tools you need to self change for the better.  Empowering others and seeing the results of the work is extremely gratifying. My focus is on quality and long term benefit.
